These terms govern your use of orqly. They are written to be read, not to be impressive — if anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
orqly (getorqly.com) is operated by orqly, operated by Muhammad Faizan (sole proprietor), of Plot 136, Block 7/8, C.P. Berar Society, Karachi, Pakistan. “We” and “us” mean that business; “you” means the person or organisation using the service. By creating an account you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
orqly asks AI assistants the questions you choose, records their public answers, and reports how often your brand and your competitors appear in them. It also reads publicly available web pages to support that analysis.
AI answers are not deterministic. The same question asked twice can produce different answers, and the engines change their models and behaviour without notice. We report faithfully what we observed at the time we observed it. We do not guarantee that any particular answer can be reproduced, that collection will be uninterrupted, or that a third-party engine will remain available. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Perplexity, Anthropic or xAI.
Nothing in the product is professional advice. Decisions you take on the basis of it are yours.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your invited team members do. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly at hello@getorqly.com if you believe your account has been compromised. One person, one account — do not share logins.

Our free tools are provided as-is for occasional use. We may rate-limit, cache or withdraw them at any time.
You own what you put in. The prompts, brands, competitors and settings you enter remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — to store that information, send it to the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, and show the results back to you.
We own the product. The software, interface, methodology and aggregated non-identifying statistics remain ours. Reports you generate are yours to use, including with your clients.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax, which are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as merchant of record — your contract for the purchase itself is with them, and they appear on your statement and issue your invoice. Their terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing us, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments already made are not refunded for partial periods. Cancellation and the exceptions we do make are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The free trial lasts 7 days, requires no card, and never converts to a paid plan on its own.
We work to keep orqly available but do not offer a guaranteed uptime level. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what your plan provides, we will tell you by email beforehand, and you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund of the unused portion.
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to terminate, or whose payment fails and remains unpaid. Where the breach is fixable, we will tell you and give you a fair chance to fix it before terminating.
On termination, access ends and your data is handled as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and we exclude implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunity.
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will email you before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
